All prices are provided in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

Any third-party expenses, including advertising budgets, hosting, domains, software subscriptions, stock assets, printing, or external service fees, are not included unless specifically mentioned.

3. Project Timelines

Estimated project timelines depend on the scope of work and timely cooperation from the client.

Delays in receiving content, approvals, access credentials, feedback, payments, or other required information may affect the delivery date.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, materials, approvals, account access, and other resources required to complete the project.

The client must ensure that any content, images, trademarks, or materials provided to Bisan may legally be used.

5. Revisions

The number of revisions included in a project will be specified in the quotation or proposal.

Additional revisions or requests outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

6. Advertising and Marketing Results

Bisan does not guarantee specific sales, leads, rankings, reach, engagement, revenue, or advertising results unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

Marketing performance may be affected by factors including market conditions, competition, advertising platforms, budgets, audience behaviour, and third-party algorithms.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will receive the rights to the final approved deliverables as specified in the project agreement.

Bisan retains ownership of internal processes, working files, templates, methodologies, concepts not selected by the client, and proprietary tools unless otherwise agreed.

Bisan may display completed work in its portfolio, website, presentations, or social media unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Third-Party Services

Some services may depend on third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, hosting providers, payment gateways, CRM systems, social media platforms, or other software providers.

Bisan is not responsible for interruptions, account restrictions, policy changes, technical failures, or decisions made by third-party platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bisan Marketing Management Co. L.L.C. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services or website.
