Google Ads Portfolio
Six campaigns, six definitions of a good result. A cost per lead only means something next to the budget it was earned on, so both are shown together throughout.
Campaigns are shown by industry rather than by name. Advertising accounts, unlike a website or an identity, are not public work, and the clients behind them have not been named.
Cost per conversion
Each bar is that campaign’s own monthly ad spend divided by the conversions it produced. The spread — three times as much for a freight enquiry as for a training enquiry — is the point: there is no single number that counts as a good cost per lead.
REAL ESTATE CAMPAIGN IN DUBAI
A Search campaign focused on generating qualified enquiries from users actively searching for properties in Dubai.
The largest budget in this set and the most expensive lead in it. Dubai property is among the most contested auctions in the country and AED 3.10 a click is the price of standing in it. The figure that carries the rest is the 6.3 percent click-through rate: at that cost per click, the ads were being chosen rather than merely shown.
AESTHETIC CLINIC IN DUBAI
A high-intent Search campaign targeting users actively researching aesthetic treatments and clinics.
Aesthetic treatments are searched for by name, so the ads can answer the exact query instead of talking around it — which is where a 7.1 percent click-through rate comes from. Remarketing runs beside the Search campaign because the decision rarely happens on the first visit. AED 18,000 returned 286 enquiries.
LOGISTICS COMPANY IN THE UAE
A B2B Google Ads strategy targeting businesses searching for freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics solutions.
The most expensive click and the fewest leads — which is what B2B looks like on this platform. Freight terms are searched by a small pool of businesses and every competitor is bidding on the same handful of them, so a click costs AED 4.22. The 5.4 percent click-through rate is the other half of the same fact: not everyone searching those terms is the buyer.
EDUCATION & TRAINING CAMPAIGN
A search-driven campaign designed to generate student enquiries for professional training programs.
The cheapest lead of the six and the only conversion rate above ten percent. What is being asked for is small — a brochure, a call back — and Performance Max carries the Search campaign out to YouTube and Discovery, where people are still deciding what to study. The second-smallest budget on the page produced 245 enquiries.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CAMPAIGN
A lead generation campaign targeting businesses actively searching for professional services in Dubai.
The smallest budget here, and the highest click-through rate of all six. AED 10,000 does not go far in Dubai, so the campaign is narrow on purpose: a short keyword list, tight match types and nothing spent outside the terms that had already produced enquiries. That discipline is what 118 qualified leads at AED 85 costs.
E-COMMERCE CAMPAIGN
A sales-focused strategy combining Google Shopping, Performance Max, and remarketing.
The only campaign on this page measured on revenue instead of enquiries. AED 25,000 of spend returned AED 130,000 in tracked sales — 5.2 times the budget — across 426 purchases at AED 59 each. The 4.6 percent conversion rate is the lowest of the six, and in retail that is ordinary: the visitor is comparing, not enquiring. ROAS is the number this campaign is steered by.
